When is paperwork due in the Payroll Department?
(Paperwork refers to timesheets, time exception reports, additional compensation requests, etc.)
Deadlines are as follows: 
15th pay of the month - due 5th of the month by 5:00PM
Last pay of the month - due 19th of the month by 5:00PM
If these dates fall on a college holiday or weekend, paperwork is due on the last workday before the holiday or weekend. Paperwork received after the due date will not be processed until the next scheduled pay date.

When do I get paid?
Pay day is twice a month, on the 15th of the month and the last day of the month. Please note: Adjunct instructors are paid twice during a semester (dates are listed at top of page).  If these dates fall on a college holiday or weekend, payments will be disbursed on the last workday before the holiday or weekend. Click here for the current pay schedule.

Can my check be direct deposited?
Direct deposit is currently available to full time employees and adjunct instructors only and can be deposited into a savings or checking account.  Click here for direct deposit application.  You may also sign up for online pay advices by clicking here.

How can I change my withholding allowances on my paycheck?
In order to change your withholding allowances on your paycheck, a  new W-4 needs to be completed.

How can I get a replacement check for either a check that was lost or never received?
If you have lost or never received your paycheck, a stop payment will be placed no sooner than 7 calendar days from the pay date.  A replacement check will be issued within 48-72 hours of your request.

When will I get my W-2?
All W-2 forms will be mailed by the IRS deadline of January 31st.

Where is my check delivered?
Checks are usually delivered to your department or mailed to your home address on file.  If you would like to make a change, please contact the Payroll Department.  All students must pick up checks in the Payroll Department.

What are my vacation, sick, floating and personal leave balances?
Effective July 1, 2011, leave balances will no longer appear on pay stubs.  You may check your balance on-line through your Web Advisor account.  If you have any questions regarding these balances, please contact Human Resources.

How can I get additional time sheets?
Each department maintains their own supply of time sheets; however, if you need to replenish your supply, please contact Human Resources.  If you are a student, please contact your supervisor.
