MyBrookdale

A Welcome from our President

Success starts here!

We’re excited that you are interested in Brookdale Community College, the County College of Monmouth. All of us – faculty, staff, and your fellow students and visitors – welcome you and we look forward to seeing you on campus.

Whether you are here to study full time, take advantage of workforce training, or attend a concert or athletic event - we’re all here to help make your Brookdale experience the best it can be.

As you may already know from browsing through our website, Brookdale offers six locations: Lincroft, Freehold, Hazlet, Long Branch, Neptune, and Wall. All are designed to get you the education you need – when and where you need it.

Brookdale is also an online experience – we have eight degree programs that you can complete online, and many more courses that are available online in different areas of study.  Tuition for online courses is the same as that for in-county residents.

While you may be planning to transfer to a four-year college after getting your Associate degree, you don’t have to leave Monmouth County to get that baccalaureate. You can earn your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree through Brookdale’s partnership with Rutgers, Montclair, Georgian Court, and New Jersey City University – through Brookdale’s Coastal Communiversity at our Wall location.

Please join over 14,000 students who study at Brookdale each year – or the nearly 30,000 area residents who visit campus for programs, services, and entertainment!  We look forward to welcoming you.

Dr. Maureen Murphy, President
