II. Objective of Regulation

To determine under which circumstances the United States Flag will be flown at half staff.

Bylaws of the Board of Trustees, Section 1.3034(l)

IV. Regulation Statement

Under the general powers of administration delegated to the President of the College, he/she will have the sole determination of the circumstances under which the United States Flag at the College will be flown at half staff.
