VA Certifying Official Walk-in VA Hours Posted Each Week
As you prepare for the semester, please remember that you may visit the Veterans Center for general questions or document drop off during our regular business hours (Monday-Friday: 8:30-12:00, 1:00-5:00 unless otherwise noted). If you have specific questions for, or would like to meet with the VA Certifying Official you can do so during the walk-in hours published at the Veterans Center (please call for times). Please keep in mind, these hours are updated weekly and you should check availability before you come to the College.

Monday-Friday 8:30am-12:00noon, 1:00pm-5:00pm
Please note, there may be times when the Veterans Center hours may change because of training or other events. This website will make note of any business hour adjustments (and this information will also be posted at the Veterans Center).
Vocational Rehabilitation Bookslip Hours: Students who are entitled to a VA Vocational Rehabilitation bookslip must call or email in advance to ensure their bookslip is prepared and necessary paperwork has been received from VA-Voc Rehab. Bookslips for the Summer 1 and 2 terms will be available starting Wednesday, May 13. Summer 3 term bookslips will be available starting Wednesday, June 24.Students picking up their bookslip are required to call or email ahead and must show Photo ID when they arrive for their bookslip.
If you are using Chapter 31 (VA Vocational Rehabilitation) benefits and you are interested in picking up your bookslip please call ahead or email to ensure your bookslip is ready. Once confirmed, your bookslip will be available for pickup at the Veterans Center with photo ID during regular office hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-12:00pm, 1:00-4:30pm (or by special arrangement).
Once your purchase has been completed at the Bookstore, please be sure to return a copy of your bookslip and store receipt to the Veterans Center within 2 business days of your purchase. This information is required by the Department of Veterans Affairs, Vocational Rehabilitation office. Failure to provide a receipt could result in charges being billed directly to you.
