What is the policy for student tickets?

We do offer tickets for students at a discount for most of our events.  All discounted tickets are 5 dollars each.  Students can purchase up to (2) tickets at this rate.  Students must have their ID at the time of purchase.

When does the Box Office open for a performance?

The box office opens an hour prior to curtain time. The house normally opens around 30 minutes prior to a performance.

Do you have online ticketing?

Right now, we do not have capability for online ticketing.  However, we can take ticket orders over the phone.  Please call us at 732-224-2411 to reserve your tickets.

Do you have Group Rates?

The box office does offer group rates for some of our shows. Please call us at 732-241-2411 to discuss pricing and availability.

Does your theater have reserved seating?

We do have reserved seating for some of our shows.  When ordering your tickets, please feel free to ask if this is a general admission or a reserved seating show.  We give the best available tickets on a first come, first served basis.

Do you offer handicapped seating?

We do have some handicapped seating available.  It is best to let us know at the time of your ticket order so we can be sure to get your the best seat for you.

Can you buy tickets the day of the event?

Tickets are available the day of the show – as long as we haven’t sold out prior to the event. Please call the Box Office at 732-224-2411 to see if we will have tickets available at the door.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We take cash, checks, and credit cards – Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

What if I lose my tickets?

We keep a record of where you are sitting. You can can call the box office to let us know or come the day of the performance with your ID and we can look up your last name.

What if I need to exchange a ticket or need a refund?

If you need to exchange your ticket for a different performance date, please contact the box office.  We can arrange a time for you to come to the box office to exchange your tickets for a different day or time.  We will need the original tickets back to exchange them for a different date.

Refunds are not normally issued as all sales are considered final.  However, please contact the office as we may be able to accommodate you in some way.

Where should I park?

The best place to park is Lot 2.  If that is full, then Lot 1 is also available.

Do you have handicapped parking?

There is a short walk to the PAC from the above mentioned parking lots.  Handicapped parking can be found by the Center for the Visual Arts (CVA) building.  If you need a Handicapped spot, please proceed to Lot #1 and drive up the second aisle of the parking lot.  Continue to drive up the pavement toward the Monmouth Museum. On the right hand side, across from CVA, you will see some handicapped parking spots.  Also, there is a drop-off area in the front of the building for any guests unable to walk up from the parking lot.

Do you have hearing assist devices?

Please check with the box office on the night of the performance.  We do have a limited number of hearing assist devices.

What is the policy regarding recording, flash photography, cell phones, and other electronic devices?

We ask that no one records or takes flash photograpy at a performance without prior permission.  This is essential for the safety of all involved.  We ask that all cell phones and beepers are put on silent during the performance.

Do you offer refreshments?

Our Theater Club does sell light snacks, soda, and water at some of our performances.
