International Opportunities for Staff and Faculty
The International Education Center provides information for faculty, staff, and administrators who wish to participate in international opportunities. This page is your source for information on grants and fellowships, teaching tools, and professional development opportunities.
In addition, the Center assists faculty in developing and promoting short-term faculty-led study abroad trips. These are overseas excursions which are embedded into existing Brookdale courses, and are typically offered during one of our summer terms. Detailed information is available in the Handbook for Faculty-led Study Abroad Programs. The deadline for proposals is April 1 for Winterim or Spring Break programs and May 1 for summer programs. To discuss program ideas and receive assistance in developing a proposal, contact Anoop Ahluwalia, faculty liaison, firstname.lastname@example.org.
The International Education Center Educational Services Operational Plan serves as the department’s strategic plan, which outlines broad goals and action items that will be used to promote campus-wide internationalization.
