London: Global Issues in Health Care and the Community

If you have a sense of adventure and want to expand your student nurse experience at Brookdale Community College, come join us in an action packed trip to London, England. We will be exploring the roots of nursing with a visit to the Florence Nightingale Museum. Other highlights of the trip include tours of various agencies to examine healthcare systems, response systems for bioterrorism threats, and community health systems in England.

You will be enrolled for NURS 163: Nursing and Human Needs in the Community and/or NURS 165: Nursing Issues during Summer I term (May 19 – June 30). Because this trip occurs early in the summer term I, faculty leaders may schedule pre-trip classes at the end of the spring term.
