Through the College Consortium for International Studies (CCIS), Brookdale sponsors study abroad programs in Scotland at the University of Stirling and University of Dundee. We also sponsor an intensive French language program in Canada.

How to Apply
Complete the CCIS Application and submit with the following:
Letters of recommendation from professors (1 for summer, 2 for fall or spring)
An official transcript
$35 application fee (payable to Brookdale Community College)
Also, be sure to check the specific program information on the CCIS Website under the “Details” and “Apply Now” tab to determine if additional materials are necessary for your program.
As a Brookdale student, you can apply through the Brookdale International Education Center (IEC); you may download a Guide to the Study Abroad Application Process but you should meet with IEC staff before applying, in order to discuss the program and costs.
CCIS students applying to Canada and Scotland
Students from CCIS Member Institutions must submit their materials through their home institution’s Study Abroad office. Those applying independently may submit their materials directly to Brookdale. Please follow the specific instructions outlined on the links below:
