Faculty Fellow Larry Hartzell has selected this month’s topic; we’ll focus on what belongs in the Community College classroom besides teaching and learning specific to a core content area.
Should we be teaching our students how to be college students? What about time management; study skills; test taking skills; listening skills? Will teaching these skills lead toward better learning? And how in the world do we do all this AND teach our content?
