Update Gmail Password On Your Mobile Device
When you change or reset your NetID password, you will need to update the new password on your mobile device in order to continue receive your Brookdale Gmail.
Your mobile device email application should prompt you to enter the new password when you attempt to access your email after changing or resetting your NetID password. Simply enter your new password when prompted.
In the example below, the device failed to sign in as indicated in prompt (see Figure 1). To update the password on the mobile device:
- Click Sign In (Figure 1)
- Enter your new NetID password (Figure 2)
- Click Enter or Sign in
