Reporting a Lost Card
To report your card lost or stolen that has a Brookdale Bucks balance and or the Money Network Discovered Enabled funds, please follow the steps outlined below:
Deactivating Brookdale Bucks
Using a Web Browser:
- Go to Brookdale Bucks eAccounts
- Enter your NetID username and password to access your account.
- Click the Card Services link at the top of the window.
- Click Deactivate Card. Deactivating the card will freeze the balance on the card. Any balance will automatically be transferred to the replacement card when it is issued.
Using the Mobile Application:
- Launch the eAccounts app on your smartphone or tablet.
- Login with your your NetID username and password
- Touch the Lost Card button.
- Touch the Deactivate Card button at the bottom of the screen.
Deactivating The Money Network® Discover Enabled OneCard
If you have activated the Money Network Discover® Account, you MUST call The Money Network Customer Service at 800-822-4283 and report your card lost/stolen. Brookdale Community College is NOT authorized to deactivate the The Money Network Discover Enabled account. The card holder is solely responsible for deactivating the card in order to protect any unused Money Network Discover ® Account balances.
Once reported, your card will be deactivated so that it can no longer be used. You will then need to obtain a replacement card at the Brookdale OneCard Production Office located in Room 109 (lower level) of the Warner Student Life Center at Lincroft or Self Check-In Kiosk on the Freehold Campus. Any balance will automatically be transferred to the replacement card when it is issued.

Getting Your Replacement Card
Replacement cards are issued for damaged, lost or stolen cards at the Brookdale OneCard Production Office located in Warner Student Life Center, room 109 (lower level) on the Lincroft Campus or at the Self-Check-In Kiosk on the Freehold Campus. There is a $15 replacement fee for lost and damaged cards. An official police report that has been approved from the Dean of Student Affairs (office located in MAC 106 on the Lincroft Campus) will waive the replacement fee for stolen cards.

NOTE: If you are unable to access your Brookdale Bucks eAccount online or on your mobile device, call the OIT Help Desk at (732) 224-2829 to report a lost or stolen card. OIT will assist in deactivating your card in order to protect any unused Brookdale Bucks. You MUST then get a replacement card. Any Brookdale Bucks balance will automatically be transferred to the replacement card when it is issued.
