Students and employees can now sign up for e-Checks, a type of direct deposit for student refunds and employee reimbursement (travel and other expenses).
If you would like to have refunds and other reimbursements directly deposited into the bank account of your choice and eliminate having to deal with a paper check, log onto Webadvisor and enter your banking information under the Financial Information link.
It takes approximately 24-48 hours to finalize the set-up with the bank, and once complete, your next payment will be electronically deposited into your bank account. When e-Check payments are processed, you will receive an automated email notification of the date and dollar amount transmitted to your account.
