Brookdale Offering NABCEP Solar Energy Program
Now Accepting Registration

According to the Solar Energy Industries Association, New Jersey ranks just after California in solar installations. Is this a field you’d like to work in?

In partnership with Warshauer Electric Supply, New Jersey’s largest independently owned and operated electrical wholesaler, Brookdale is accepting registrations for a new noncredit program offering, “Solar Energy:  Entry Level Photovoltaic Systems.”

The 40-hour program will be held on five consecutive Saturdays, October 2 – 30,  from 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.  Participants will learn the fundamentals of solar energy and prepare for an entry level position in the photovoltaic (PV) industry.

This program is registered with the North American Board of Certified Energy Providers (NABCEP).

The course will cover basic technology and the skills required for the design and installation of a PV energy system. The course fee of $987 includes textbook, and breakfast and lunch on class days.

To register or learn more, call the Outreach Business & Community Development division at 732-224-2315.
