With a dynamic presentation enhanced by audio and visual techniques, Dr. Wetta will show how World War II evolved in East Asia and the Pacific, and the impact it made on the world then and now. Wetta will focus on the far eastern theater of war and examine how it is remembered today, 68 years after the defeat of Imperial Japan.
A display of memorabilia from the Center for World War II Studies’ collection will enhance the program.
