Apply to Brookdale, meet with a counselor, take placement tests and register for classes - all in one day!
Do you want to register for classes at Brookdale? We've made it easy! Come to WALK-IN Week on January 7-11 at ANY of our locations across Monmouth County and we can help you get your start at Brookdale. Whether you are a first-time student or a seasoned veteran of Brookdale, we'll make it as quick and easy as possible. You can:
- apply to Brookdale
- take placement tests
- see a counselor/advisor
- register for classes
- find out about financial aid and scholarships
- pay for classes or arrange payment plans
All locations are open to assist you Monday through Thursday, 8:30am to 7pm and Friday 8:30 to 5pm. Advising is available during Walk In Week Monday and Wednesday, 9am to 5pm, Tues and Thurs: 11am-6:30pm, Fri: 9am-4pm.

You may be able to register online!
Did you know that you may not need to see an advisor to register? If you are listed as “unrestricted” in the counselor approved section of WebAdvisor or if the classes you want to take are on that list, you may be able to register online without seeing an advisor first. To register, log into My Brookdale Portal and then, under Angel Email and Online Resources, click on WebAdvisor Online Services. From there click on “Students” and you will see a menu with a register/add/drop sections link. Click there and you are on your way.
To be sure you are selecting the right classes, that same menu also has a link to Degree Audit-Progress Toward My Degree which can be a big help. Just remember that Degree Audit does not take required developmental classes into account. Payment options are also on the WebAdvisor menu.
The system will not permit you to register for classes in which you don’t meet the prerequisites and there could be some program-specific restrictions, but you should be able to register for many, if not all your classes.
