Diversity encompasses a complex mosaic of many cultures, ages, beliefs and identities.  Brookdale's commitment to diversity is based on the premise that the future development of this society is contingent upon positive interaction, change and growth involving individuals of all backgrounds.  We believe our role is to serve as change agents/role models in that process.
