Calendar for the Year 2011-12

All faculty, administrators, staff, and students are members of the College Forum and are invited to attend all Forum meetings and participate in discussions.  Meetings for the Fall term are held in Twin Lights 1 and 2 in the SLC. 

Fall 2011:  9/20, 10/4, 10/18, 11/1, 11/15, 12/13

Mid-year retreat:  1/26/12

Spring 2011:  2/7, 2/21, 3/6, 3/27, 4/10, 4/24

Year-end retreat:  5/11/12

 Voting
According to the Governance Constitution, there are four voting constituencies:
1. Full time faculty
2. Full and part time regular (base/salaried) administrators, to include Police personnel with the rank of Lieutenant and above.
3. Full and part time regular )base/salaried) staff, to include Police personnel with the rank of Sergeant and below.
4. The fourteen students who serve on the six Governance standing committees.

The Steering Committee decides which of the above constituencies may vote on an issue.
