(Paperwork refers to timesheets, time exception reports, additional compensation requests, etc.)
Deadlines are as follows:
15th pay of the month Due 5th of the month
Last pay of the month Due 19th of the month
If these dates fall on a college holiday or weekend, paperwork is due on the last workday before the holiday or weekend.
When do I get paid?
Pay day is twice a month, on the 15th of the month and the last day of the month. If these dates fall on a college holiday or weekend, payments will be disbursed on the last workday before the holiday or weekend. Adjuncts are paid twice during a semester.
Can my check be direct deposited?
Direct deposit is currently available to only full time employees and can be deposited into a single savings or checking account. Click here for direct deposit application
How can I change my withholding allowances on my paycheck?
In order to change your withholding allowances on your paycheck, a new W-4 needs to be completed. Click here for a W-4 form. Please return back to the Payroll Department.
How can I get a replacement check for either a check that was lost or never received?
If you have lost or never received your paycheck, a stop payment will be placed no sooner than 7 calendar days from the pay date. A replacement check will be issued within 48-72 hours of your request.
When will I get my W-2?
W-2 forms are generated no later than IRS regulation which is January 31st.
Where is my check delivered?
Checks are usually delivered to your department or mailed to your home address on file. If you would like to make a change, please contact the Payroll Department. All students must pick up checks in the Payroll Department.
What are my vacation, sick, floating and personal leave balances?
Leave balances are on the bottom right hand of your pay stub. If you have any questions regarding these balances, please contact Human Resources. You may also check your balance on-line through your Web Advisor account.
How can I get additional time sheets?
Each department maintains their own supply of time sheets; however, if you need to replenish your supply, please contact Human Resources. If you are a student, time sheets are available in Career Services.
