Brookdale Women's Lacrosse 2009

2008 Recap

The Jersey Blues have just started their first ever women’s lacrosse program. They began with intense recruiting and completed their first fall ball season together. On October 5, 2008 they attended a tournament at Georgian Court University and competing against 4 different schools. Ultimately, they did not prevail over the other colleges, but the team and its coaching staff made great strides. Working together, they provided a great deal of pressure, presence and intensity, which Coach Lauren Williams believes has left a mark on the other universities “to keep an eye on this program for improvement and a tough season in the spring."
