Athletic DepartmentBrookdale Community College offers a variety of opportunities to participate in competitive sports and athletic activities, on both the intercollegiate and intramural / recreational level. BCC's recreational activities provide a low pressure, fun environment. The intercollegiate athletic program, however, is highly competitive within the Garden State Athletic Conference, Region XIX, and the nation. Of the nine teams participating in the 2006 / 2007 athletic season, 3 competed in the National Tournament, 3 were Regional Champions, and 5 were Conference Champions.
