Professional Development
The Professional Development Committee is charged with developing and evaluating the policies of the faculty, support staff and administrative committees for full and part-time employees of the College. The committee coordinates with Human Resources to provide college-wide orientation programs for all employees.

Professional Development Resource Guide Update
The Committee should:
Identify annual college-wide priorities and themes in accordance with the Professional Development Blueprint;
Recommend methods to forecast and communicate these priorities and themes to college employees;
Continue to develop, enhance and recommend programs and processes that support the goals of the Professional Development Blueprint;
Update the Professional Development Resource Guide based on relevant documents including the Professional Development Blueprint.
MEETING SCHEDULE 2008 – 2009
Professional Development generally meets on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month from 11:45 am – 1:15 pm in MAC 210.
