Student Development Specialists (SDS) are also available at the Student Success Centers during posted times at the Higher Education Centers and the Western Monmouth Branch Campus. All students are required to meet with a Student Development Specialist for course approvals until they achieve 24 degree credits and are in good academic standing. Important Dates Highlights:
Dec. 24-Jan. 2 Winter Break – All Brookdale locations closed
Jan. 3-17 Open Registration, payment due at time of registration
Jan. 5 Payment due for pre-registered classes from Nov. 3 through Dec. 15
Jan. 17 Last day to drop classes for 100% refund of tuition & fees; open registration ends
Jan. 18 First day of Spring Term classes; late registration begins, $25 late fee
Jan. 24 Last day to drop classes for 80% refund of tuition ONLY, not fees; last day to add classes without Division approval
Jan. 24 last day to complete Fall Term Incompletes All work should be completed prior to this date to allow time to process the change of grade.
Jan. 31 Last day to drop classes for 60% refund of tuition ONLY, not fees; last day of Add/Drop period, Division approval not required to drop courses
Feb. 15 Last day to submit Candidacy for Graduation forms
Mar. 1-16 Priority Registration for Summer & Fall Terms
Mar. 11-17 Spring Break, no classes; all Brookdale locations open
Apr. 17 Last day to withdraw from classes
May 8 Last day of Spring Term classes
