Digital Arts - From Concept To Creation, From Pre-Production To Premier
Empower your child to be as creative as he or she was born to be. Our digital arts programs are fueled by innate imagination, and designed to bring new ideas to life in a fun, simple and unique learning environment.
Camps are designed under the creative direction of Bill Zengel, who has two decades of award winning work as a writer and producer in advertising, television and more.
Richard Ginn, who won Teacher of the Year at US News and World Report’s #7 ranked High School in the United States, and is also an experienced administrator, partners with Bill to ensure your child’s experience is of the highest level.
Camps are divided into Junior, Classic and Advanced sections that are age appropriate and increase in complexity to challenge all to reach their full potential. All Black Rocket Productions’ camps mirror real life experiences and the collaborative nature of the creative process. Work in pairs or teams for most of the design process and end the class with a finished product to take home and show family and friends.

Television Acting!
From the first time you said “let’s pretend!” you were learning to act, an art that the masters study, practice and hone throughout their careers. Great actors take the audience on a journey with them. Start your journey with Black Rocket and you’ll learn: auditioning, scene blocking, understanding context, learning lines, script reading, working with a director and the camera refining each and every take. Special emphasis will focus on commercial shots, television and movie scenes, and the use of improv as a learning technique. Leave with a DVD of your performance, a head shot and resume!
