Web Advisor

Web Advisor is the place to go to search for courses, register for courses, add and drop courses, check financial information, see your schedule, and see your grades.

In order to access the system, you will use a log-in and password that is unique to you. This log-in and password is assigned to you, along with a Brookdale e-mail account, upon initial registration at Brookdale. To use the system, you will need to know your User ID and Social Security number, to ensure privacy.

Your User ID is the seven-digit number assigned to you upon being accepted to Brookdale Community College. Your User ID/Student ID can be found on your class schedule, registration statement and on your Brookdale ID.

Your password is the last 7-digits of your social security number. However, you have the ability to change your password at any time by using the "Change Password" option on the Webadvisor Student Menu.

Please be aware that if you click the "Reset Password" option on the Webadvisor Student Menu, a new system-generated password will be sent to the email address you choose from the drop down of choices. All students have a Brookdale Community College student email address. For help on how to log into your Brookdale Student Email account, please click on "Web Based Email" from the Brookdale Home Page, or call the Library Help Desk at (732) 224-2632.

College Store

Students can purchase textbooks in person or online. It is critical that students choose the right textbook for online and Telecourses. The College Store shelves books by subject and section, and online purchasers are asked to indicate subject and section. Make sure to use the pull-down menu to choose the appropriate section for your course.

Some online courses require use of an Access Code that is packaged with the text book. This means that a new book must be purchased, or the access code purchased separately. Check with your instructor to find out if your course requires an Access Code.
