Completion of this program is the first step toward gaining a position as a teacher, supervisor, or director of choral, instrumental, and/or theater production programs within elementary, middle, or secondary schools, as well as in choral or instrumental organizations. Numerous full-time teaching positions exist in public and private schools for music education majors.
