Transcripts
Official transcripts of grades are available through the Office of Admissions, Records and Registration. In order to obtain official transcripts, students must apply in person using the Transcript Request Form available in the Office of Admissions, Records and Registration, at the Branch Campus in Freehold or any of Brookdale's locations throughout Monmouth County (Hazlet, Long Branch, Neptune, Wall). Students may also obtain a transcript with a written mailed request. Please keep in mind that transcripts typically take seven to ten business days to process during non-peak periods, and during peak transcript times (the months of January, June and August, for example) students should anticipate an approximate two to two and a half-week processing time from the time their transcript request is received. Students should plan accordingly to meet deadlines associated with their requests. E-mail and fax requests are not accepted.
If you are writing to request an official transcript, you may send us a letter or complete and mail our online Transcript Request Form available by clicking here (please complete the form made available at the Admissions, Records and Registration Office, Branch Campus or any of our locations if you are requesting a transcript in-person). If you would like to send a letter, you must include the following:
*Your first and last name (indicating name if different while at Brookdale)
*Your social security number or Brookdale Student ID number
*Your current address and telephone number
*The complete street address (including city, state and Zip Code) that your
transcript should be mailed to
*Your signature
*A check/money order made out to Brookdale Community College. The
fee is $3.00 per copy of your transcript being requested.
Cash should not be sent through the mail.
Transcript requests must be made by the student and will not be accepted on behalf of the student from other individuals.
