Western Monmouth Branch Campus: March 2009 - January 2010
March - April 2009: Renovation of 3rd and 4th floor classrooms begins (both floors closed to public at this time).
May - September 2009: First floor rooms demolished (except administrative offices). Temporary restrooms located at the east end of the building. Entrance relocated to west exit stairwell. Student Success Center relocated to basement lounge (WM008).
September - October 2009: 3rd and 4th floor classrooms reopen.
November - December 2009: Renovations complete.
Automotive Technology: May 2009 - January 2010
May - June 2009: Auto Tech classes and staff/faculty offices move to an area in the main academic complex adjacent to the Bankier Library. Shop bays remain open and operational through the end of the Spring Term.
June 2009: Learning assistants relocated to MAS 116. Shop bays closed May 15 - September 1 for renovation.
September - November 2009: Auto Tech engine and transmission labs open in temporary space in ATEC 005 (lower level). All Auto Tech classes are held in LIB 168, 173, and 173. Please park in Lot 1 and use the Trail for easiest access to MAN, MAC, SLC and the Bankier Library.
January 2010: Auto Tech renovations are complete.
Recreational / Fitness Center: May 2009 - March 2010
May 2009: Construction begins on new building; Fitness Center in Gorman Hall remains open.
March 2010: Construction is complete and Fitnesss Center opens.
Collins Arena Renovations: May 2010 - March 2011
March 2010: Limited work begins in locker room area; no effect on regular operations or graduation ceremonies.
May 2010: Renovation begins on Collins Arena. Please note: walking access to the southern portion of the Main Academic Complex (MAS) from Lot 6 will be partially blocked; a temporary pathway will be erected for all to use. For access to the central areas of Brookdale's campus, use Lot 1. Construction will be completed by March 2011.
