year.

August 17

Director, Ed Services Operations requests rollover of summer schedules,

and prepares XSAR for ADDs and Director, Counseling and Advising.
August 19

Dean, Communiversity, Branch Campus, and HEC and Director,

TLC submit summer 2011 course requests to Dean, Academic Affairs.

August 26

Dean, Academic Affairs, distributes summer 2011 schedule

development material to the ADDs and Director, Counseling and Advising.

August 31

ADDs and Director, Counseling and Advising distribute

summer 2011 schedule development material to department chairs.

 SEPTEMBER 2010

 

5-Year Program Review Team established – establish team; select chair; schedule Advisory Board meeting; review department mission; meet with Library liaison.
September 3

5-Year Program Review Kickoff and Workshop for the following:

ADDs, Deans, Academic Affairs, Enrollment Development and Student Affairs, and Communiversity, Branch Campus and Higher Education Centers, Executive Director, Library, and Director, Ed Services Operations submit emergency call trees to EVP Office.

 

ADDs submit updated Department Plans 2010-2011 to Academic Affairs (Department Outcome and Strategy Ideas columns only).

 

ADDs submit Departmental Plans 2011-2012 to Academic Affairs (Department Outcome and Strategy Ideas columns only).

September 7

Faculty submits Personal Performance Objectives to ADDs (objectives only) for current academic year.  Personal objectives are to be coordinated with department action plans for 2010-2011.

September 10 ADDs submit final, approved fall 15-week faculty and learning assistant schedules to EVP office.
September 13 ADDs submit fall 15-week payment memos, employment recommendations, and additional compensation forms to Director, Ed Services Operations.
Mid-September Director, Ed Services Operations activates winterim and spring 2011 master schedules.
September 15

One-page promotion application due in Academic Division Offices, Office of Director, Student Development, and Office of Executive Director, Bankier Library.
ADDs finalize assessment project plans for the 2010-2011 academic year, and submit plans to Dean, Academic Affairs.

September 17 Director, Ed Services Operations distributes FY12 operating, hourly, capital, and computer related budget development material to Service and Academic Leadership Team.
ADDs submit fall extra compensation payments to Director, Ed Services Operations.
September 21 ADDs and Director, Counseling submit 2011 summer schedule development material to the Deans, Academic Affairs, and Communiversity, Branch Campus, and HEC.
September 22 ADDs submit curriculum changes (i.e. new courses, changes/deletions, new certificates, catalog changes) to Dean, Academic Affairs to complete the approval process by the end of the semester to meet next catalog deadline.
September 22-29 Deans, Academic Affairs, and Communiversity, Branch Campus, and HEC review summer 2011 schedule, coordinate their requests, and submit recommended changes to ADDs.
September 24 Director, Ed Services Operations requests rollover of fall schedules, and prepares XSAR for ADDs and Director, Counseling and Advising.
September 28 Dean, Communiversity, Branch Campus, and HEC and Director, TLC submit fall 2011 master schedule development material to Dean, Academic Affairs.
September 30 ADDs submit the date(s) Advisory Boards will hold meetings for all career programs to Academic Affairs.

September 30 –

October 10
ADDs, Deans, Academic Affairs and Communiversity, Branch Campus, and HEC, and Director of TLC meet (if needed) to discuss and make changes to summer 2011 schedule.
