If you would like Brookdale Community College to deliver a class dedicated to a group of 12 or more employees, call Jim McCarthy at (732) 224-2186 today.
For Open Enrollment, each Employer must:
For Open Enrollment, each Employee participating in training must:
- Complete one Registration Form per class.
- Registration Forms must be filled out completely including FEIN (Federal Employer Identification Number supplied by your employer), Social Security number (used by the State of NJ grant office only, not Brookdale), wage codes, and signatures.
- Receive from your Employer one completed Non-Duplication of Training Form.
- Fax the Registration Form and Non-Duplication Form to our secure fax (732) 224-2664.
- You will receive a confirmation with room locations in the mail within two weeks of registration. Participants with incomplete or missing forms will not be confirmed. Bring your confirmation letter to class.
Notice:
- Participants may register for more than one class but they cannot repeat a class.
- Participants must pre-register for classes; a letter of confirmation must be presented in class.
- Participants must be paid for their time in class.
- Business owners and those who do not pay into NJ unemployment insurance are not eligible.
- For information about campus closures due to inclement weather, log onto the Brookdale Home Page www.brookdalecc.edu or listen to Brookdale Radio 90.5 FM. Make up dates will be determined as needed.
