Earn Your Degree in Culinary Arts
The Culinary Education Center of Monmouth County is a unique collaboration between Brookdale and the Monmouth County Vocational School District. It is still housed in its original quarters at 101 Drury Lane in Asbury Park, adjacent to the Asbury Park High School.
Students learn hands-on at the state-of-the-art culinary kitchens and take complimentary general education courses at the Culinary Education Center located adjacent to Asbury Park High School. Classes are offered during the week, allowing students the weekends to pursue job opportunities in the field. Challenging externship experiences are custom-matched to student’s individual career goals, with successful placements locally and nationally, including Disney World and other comparable venues. Students develop a comprehensive portfolio and benefit from award-winning education provided by accomplished chefs.
