Health Sciences Admissions Testing for Nursing and Allied Health ProgramsCandidates for entry into one of Brookdale's Health Sciences Programs (Nursing and Allied Health) must take an admissions test. Click here for pre-requisites. When you are eligible for entry into the program you will be sent an invitation for admissions testing. The required tests are: Nursing - The use of the NET test has been discontinued as the nursing program entrance assessment. If you have taken it, and passed it already, your scores will be honored. In the very near future, The Nursing Department will begin using a new entrance assessment, the HESI Admission Assessment A2 exam. The new passing score will be a 75% for Math, and a composite score for English (which includes Reading, Grammar, and Vocabulary) of 75%. If it has already been determined that you are eligible to test, please check your email and regular mail for updates. They will be sent to you as soon as all details are finalized. In the meantime, preparation materials can be obtained from Barnes and Noble and will shortly be available in Brookdale's Scroll and Pen Book Store. Radiologic Technology - HOBET V Test. Click here for preparation materials. **Please note that you should show up no less than 4 hours before closing in order to have enough time to complete your test. Hours can be found on the Testing Center homepage. Preparation materials for each of the tests are also available from Brookdale's Scroll & Pen Book Store. HOBET V Book Rental- The Scroll & Pen Book Store now has the HOBET V book available for rental. For a fee of $25.00 students may rent the preparation book for a 2 week period.
