Dining Services Management
The "Jersey Blues Dining Room" is Brookdale`s main cafeteria, where breakfast, lunch, and dinner are available, as well as snacks and hot and cold drinks. The Dining Room is open year round (hours during semester breaks and summertime are subject to change). We are located in Brookdale`s new Student Life Center, adjacent to the academic complex. There is also a small "cafe" offering snacks and drinks on the second floor of Larrison Hall.

Food vending machines are also located throughout the campus, as well as at our Higher Education Centers in Asbury Park, Long Branch, Western Monmouth in Freehold, the Wall Campus, and Sandy Hook. These machines offer a variety of products such as hot and cold drinks, candy, snacks, ice cream, and sandwiches, as well as low fat items. All the vending machines in the Main Academic Complex, Atec, and Larrison Hall are accompanied by lounge areas with seating areas for your convenience.
Any problem with vending machines should be reported to Vending Services Office at (732) 224-2502. Refunds are also available in the Dining Services Office located in the Student Life Center.

Dining Services offers Brookdale students the opportunity to work in the Jersey Blues Dining Room. Work schedule includes various hours and shifts Monday through Friday. We will work around your class schedule. Interested? Apply at the Dining Room Office, and speak to one of the supervisors or the chef.
