CONGRATULATIONS
to Brookdale's Women's Soccer Team
for being recognized as an
NJCAA Academic Team of the Year for the Fall 2008

The Brookdale Women's Soccer Team was recognized by the NJCAA as an Academic Team of Year for the Fall of 2008. The 17 members of the team had a cumulative GPA of 3.24 in qualifying for the award. All college level work throughout their academic career was used to compute the team's GPA, including transfer credits. During the season, their academic record was actually higher, as they posted a 3.44 for all course work, including basic skills. Over 1/2 of the team exceeds a 3.50 for the term, with two perfect 4.00's. While that group certainly helped the average, only 3 of 17 had GPA's below 3.00, and none were lower than a 2.15.
