Real Estate Staging
Certified Staging Professional™
Most home buying decisions are made within seconds of stepping through the front door. Professional home stagers prepare property for resale by setting the scene throughout the house to create immediate buyer interest, thereby increasing the chances for a more timely and profitable sale.
This four-day, 30-hour intensive course provides the foundation for those wanting to start a career or own a business in real estate property staging. The fee includes a 400-page manual and a field trip for hands-on work experience actually staging a property for sale. Requires some light lifting and homework reading assignments.
The Certified Staging Professional™ program is a blend of property staging processes, interior redesign techniques, along with business, marketing and communication for effectively staging a house for sale.
For more information about CSP™ certification, go to www.stagingtraining.com. CSP™ is a charter member of the Real Estate Staging Association, RESA, an independent third party trade association of real estate stagers.
