Welcome to Brookdale's Office of Planning, Assessment and Research. This office functions as the official source of institutional data / information. On this site you will find information on who we are, what we do, and some interesting pieces of information on Brookdale and the surrounding community.
PAR's mission is to:
- conduct analytical studies and provide information in support of institutional planning, policy formation, and decision making;
- assess student outcomes and institutional effectiveness; and
- respond to external reporting requirements of Federal and State agencies, including the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES), the New Jersey Commission on Higher Education, and the Commission on Higher Education of the Middle States Association of Colleges and School - Brookdale's accrediting body.
In addition to these, Planning, Assessment and Research is responsible for staffing the Institutional Planning Committee, a standing committee of Governance at Brookdale.
