Personal Performance ObjectivesPURPOSE:
The Personal Performance Objectives Form PE-48 is a part of the required annual evaluation process and serves to guide the faculty’s professional activities for the academic year. Discipline faculty members under the guidance of their department chair will coordinate their personal objectives in order to achieve completion of the discipline Departmental Plan within the academic year.
OBTAINING AND USING THE FORM:

SUBMITTING THE FORM:The form with objectives (only) is to be sent to the Academic Division Dean by September 12. Comments are completed by the supervisor as part of the annual evaluation process.
