The shore community of Sea Bright, NJ was one of the hardest hit by Superstorm Sandy. Currently, only 30% of residents have been able to move back to their homes after the storm. One of the biggest sources of both protection and summer revenue comes from their dunes and beaches. Help revitalize Sea Bright's shore line by assisting with general public space clean-up and sand removal.

Coastal Habitat for Humanity is Monmouth County's local Habitat affiliate. They have worked to repair and build homes for many of our neighbors. Since their founding, volunteers have worked over 100,000 hours on their many initiatives. Their Neighborhood Revitalization Initiative (NRI) focuses on repairing and restoring homes and neighborhoods damaged by Hurricane Sandy. Grab a hammer, tape measure, or paint brush, and help out! No building experience is required, but those with skills are welcome!
