Summer ESL Program for Monmouth University Students Brookdale Community College and Monmouth University are pleased to offer a unique 8 week, 12-credit English as a Second Language (ESL) program this summer for Monmouth University students. The program is a great option for those who wish to enroll at Monmouth but do not meet the admission requirement of English proficiency. The University normally requires a minimum TOEFL score of 79. To be eligible for this program, students must meet admission requirements and be conditionally admitted to Monmouth University with a minimum TOEFL of 70.
