EPA Lead-Safe Certification ProgramEnvironmental Protection Agency Rule: As of July 2010, all contractors must get Lead-Safe certified by an EPA approved training. New Jersey Department of Community Affairs (DCA) requires additional training for contractors in NJ specific codes. Classes to comply with these requirements begin on June 13, 2011.
