Oct. 24-31 Priority Registration passes available to eligible students in the Registration office
Nov. 1-17 Priority Registration, payment due at time of registration
Nov. 19-Dec. 22 Open Registration, payment due at time of registration
Dec. 7, 2012 Last day to submit Candidacy for Graduation form
Dec. 22 Last day to drop Winterim classes for 100% refund of tuition & fees; open registration ends
Dec. 24-Jan. 1 Winter Break – All Brookdale locations closed; reopen Jan 2
Jan. 3, 2013 First day of Winterim classes; late registration begins, $25 late fee
Jan. 4 Senior Citizen registration; last day for 80% refund of tuition ONLY, not fees; last day to add classes without Division approval
Jan. 7 Last day for 60% refund of tuition ONLY, not fees; last day of Add/Drop period; last day to change “credit” to “audit” or “audit” to “credit”; last day to choose Pass/No Credit option
Jan. 14 Last day to withdraw from classes
Jan. 16 Last day of Winterim classes

January 22 – May 13, 2013

Jan. 8 Payment due for pre-registered classes from Nov. 1st through Dec. 14th
Jan. 19 Last day to drop classes for 100% refund of tuition & fees; open registration ends
Jan. 21 Martin Luther King, Jr Day – All Brookdale locations closed
Jan. 22 First day of Spring Term classes; late registration begins, $25 late fee
Jan. 25 Senior Citizen registration
Jan. 26 Last day to complete Fall Term Incompletes
Jan. 28 Last day to drop classes for 80% refund of tuition ONLY, not fees; last day to add classes without Division approval
Feb. 4 Last day to drop classes for 60% refund of tuition ONLY, not fees; last day of Add/Drop period, Division approval not required to drop courses; last day to change “credit” to “audit” or “audit” to “credit”
Feb. 11 Last day to choose Pass/No Credit option
