 Speech Mission Statement

The Speech Communication curriculum prepares students to communicate confidently and effectively in public, small group, interpersonal, and intercultural contexts.  Through gaining these competencies, students develop the communication skills central to success in academic, civic, business, and professional life.

The Speech Communication Department is located
on the third floor (West Wing) of Larrison Hall.
