The Student Health Center provides urgent and primary care for the Brookdale community. In addition to the nurse, a doctor is available on an as-needed basis. Appointments may be made by calling the Health Center at (732) 224-2106 or (732) 224-2398.
Physical exams are offered free to students who wish to participate in intercollegiate athletics.
Health Science students may receive comprehensive physicals and are assessed laboratory and vaccine fees. Telephone the Health Center for further information.
Students studying abroad may also receive vaccines and a physical through the Student Health Center for a fee.
Medical referrals, vaccines, mental health assessments, and numerous health screenings are available through the Center, as are programs that address cultural and diversity issues. Programs and services are publicized in the student newsletter, "Happenings," on the Brookdale website's "College Calendar," and in the Student Health Center newsletter “Health Scripts.”
