ID Cards

All Identification cards are issued free of charge to new students by the Office of Student Life & Activities.

To obtain an ID card, students must bring their registration forms to verify that they are currently registered at Brookdale. Your ID card authorizes you to enter Brookdale Community College and to use its facilities; therefore, you must retain your card throughout your stay here.

Lost or mutilated cards may be replaced upon payment of a $5 fee at the Office of Student Life & Activities. Proof of current registration is also required. All requests for waivers must be made to the Dean of Student Affairs.

You are responsible for having your ID card validated, beginning on the first day of classes each term. There is no charge for the validation sticker. Stickers are available at the Warner Student Life Center information desk or any of the administrative offices of the regional locations.

You must have your ID card in your possession at all times when on Brookdale Community College property, and must display the ID card at the request of College personnel.

No person can receive an ID card if he/she is not currently registered for class.
