To all Brookdale Students & Potential Brookdale Students:

I would like to take this opportunity to invite all students interested in becoming great communicators to join the Brookdale Community College Speech Alliance, and compete for the award winning Brookdale Forensics team. ALL are welcome to come aboard and be part of our long tradition of excellence in the Speech Arts. Here are some of the benefits of participating on the:

• The opportunity to develop outstanding public speaking and performance skills through individual and group coaching sessions with our dedicated staff.
• The opportunity to compete very quickly—freshman join the “varsity” travelling team as soon as they are “tournament ready”—usually in their first semester!
• Expenses paid travel to 10-14 regional tournaments a season at Colleges and Universities throughout the Northeastern U.S.
• Expenses paid travel to Nationals, if qualified
• The chance to travel and compete at the annual International Forensics Association Tournament (past locations include Paris, Rome, Prague, and more)
• Opportunities for campus and community service
• Opportunities for transfer to four year schools with Forensics Scholarships
