Welcome to Dining Services at Brookdale
The Jersey Blues Café is Brookdale`s main dining room, where waking up with Culinart is the way to start the day! Made-to-order omelets, eggs, pancakes, and other assorted goodies are available for your convenience.
Visit us at lunch for items from the Downtown Deli featuring Boar’s Head provisions, wraps, European sandwiches, hero melts, and paninis; the City Grill has hand-packed burgers and a variety of grilled items; the Tuscan Bistro offers traditional and contemporary pizza, calzones, stromboli, and hot hero sandwiches; or stop by Spinning Salads for custom entrees hand-tossed by our salad spinner. Quick Pick items are always available for those on the go; look for them in the refrigerated display cases.
The Paddock Convenience Store offers CulinArt’s signature Stackers sandwich program. Build your sandwich your way! The Paddock Convenience Store also offers Starbucks hot and cold beverages, frappuccinos, bakery items, quick pick sandwiches, salads, and gourmet snacks.

All locations are closed on weekends.
Vending machines are a located throughout the campus, as well as at our Regional Locations in Freehold, Hazlet, Long Branch, Neptune, and Wall. These machines offer a variety of hot and cold drinks, candy, snacks, ice cream, sandwiches, and low fat items. All the vending machines in the Main Academic Complex, ATeC, and Larrison Hall are in lounge areas with seating for your convenience.

Throughout the year, many events are planned by Brookdale employees that require catering. CulinArt will provide catering service on the Lincroft campus and at Brookdale’s regional locations.
