Refer to the Grant Application Checklist. This checklist consists of a series of questions designed as a tool to help determine whether to pursue grant funding for a specific project.
Be sure to contact the Grants Office to let us know you are interested in a grant opportunity or responding to a request for proposal.
Prospective grant projects must be in alignment with the college’s Jubilee Plan 2013-2017, as well as the Educational Services Operational Strategic Plan (ESOSP) and have the approval of your supervisor, before time is spent on developing a full proposal.
Institutional approval is required for both the development and submission of proposals.
The Grant Concept Form is designed to assist you in organizing your proposal, verifying alignment with the college’s strategic planning documents, and obtaining approvals which may be required to move forward with a project.
Once you have completed the Grant Concept Form and obtained all required approvals/signatures, etc., forward the guidelines or website info, along with a copy of the Grant Concept Form, to the Grants Office so that we can work with you to complete the proposal/application in a timely manner.
A Grant Proposal Submission Approval Form must also be completed prior to submitting the proposal/application to the funding agency. Signatures demonstrate institutional support and commitment.
