Students called to Active Duty

Students who are called to Active Duty during the semester should be prepared to provide a copy of their military orders to the VA Certifying Official so that their classes can be dropped for a full refund, or other arrangements can be discussed (ie. incomplete process).  It is the student’s responsibility to make sure they have provided this information to the college, an important step of their pre-deployment, prior to their date of departure and/or training.
