2018 Education Open Golf Outing


The Brookdale Community College Foundation’s 39th Annual Education Open Golf Tournament on September 27th at Eagle Oaks Golf & Country Club netted $60,000 for the “Invest in Student Success” Scholarship Fund.  The outing attracted 130 golfers and featured team and individual competitions with two separate holes-in-one contests featuring a two-year lease on a 2019 Infiniti Q50 Sedan from Circle Infiniti in West Long Branch and a two-year lease on a 2019 Cadillac XT4 Crossover from Gold Coast Cadillac.

The Brookdale Foundation honored former NFL great Phil Villapiano at the Awards Dinner. Villapiano, a native of the Jersey Shore, is a veteran of 13 NFL seasons. He played for the Oakland Raiders and was key to their Super Bowl XI victory. He was recognized for his athletic accomplishments and his charity work.
