What services do you provide?
The Office of Conference and Event Management provides meeting/event space to the campus community as well as the general community. We are responsible for renting space in the Warner Student Life Center, and for vendor table rentals and room rentals at the Lincroft and the Higher Education Centers.
How do I request an estimate?
Use our online form here. (Please note, estimates are all-inclusive with catering, technology and special services where applicable.)
Where do I park?
The best parking for Warner Center events is Lot 7, which is the last lot along Campus Drive. It is directly behind the Warner Center and the Collins Arena, and serves both. Additional parking is available in Parking Lots 6 or 1.
Reminder: illegally parked cars on campus are subject to fines.
There are 16 designated handicapped parking spaces in Lot 7, behind the Warner Center, and many more around the campus.
Brookdale provides state-of-the-art tech services, including screens, LCD projectors, microphones and more. Our experienced Event Technology Specialists will work with you prior to your event regarding what you’ll need; they will be on hand for your event and will answer any specialized technology questions. When you fill out the online booking form, you will be asked about what you’ll need.

What is the smoking policy?
Effective January 1, 2011, the smoking, use and sale of smoke and/or nicotine products, or simulations of same, including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, pipes, electronic cigarettes, chewing and/or snuff, and vaping or similar device, shall be prohibited in all locations owned, leased, or otherwise utilized for College purposes and over which the College has control, which includes the Lincroft and Freehold Campuses and all Higher Education Centers.
New Jersey Public Law states that any person who is in violation of the Policy and Regulation is considered a petty disorderly person and is subject to a fine up to $200.00. Additional penalties, including fines and/or loss of College privileges and/or sanctions, may be incurred.
The only place to smoke on campus is in your personal automobile.
Where will I find an ATM/Cash Machine?
There are ATMs on the upper level of the Warner Student Life Center, adjacent to the Scroll & Pen Bookstore. (Bank of America)
Dining Services/food options?
All catering at the Lincroft Campus is provided by CulinArt Catering – view a menu here.
For food catering at the Higher Education Centers, you may use your own choice of service; recommendations are available upon request.
How do I book a vendor table?
Vendor tables are available at our Lincroft campus as well as the Higher Education Centers, Monday-Thursday, between the hours of 10 AM and 2 PM. We generally host services and products that are of interest to our student demographic (18-26, multi-ethnic, working/commuter students).
There is a rental fee for all vendors offering goods and services, and reservations must be made in advance. To check availability, please contact Lorraine Dickerson firstname.lastname@example.org
