Professional Sales Readiness Certificate
Students who successfully complete the Professional Sales Readiness Certificate boost their employability in any profession in the “new normal.” They learn the consultative process for problem-solving and persuasion, a solid framework for sales success.
By the end of the course, students are able to effectively take a customer through the life cycle of a sale. They use Salesforce customer relationship management (CRM) and Groove sales engagement technologies, perform research, qualify the prospects, create and deliver a persuasive customer presentation, apply negotiation tactics, and calculate a compelling return on investment (ROI). Sales goal planning rounds out the curriculum. Students harness their critical thinking, research, communication, articulation, technical and communication skills. 21 hours.
